SHIPPING & RETURNS
Thank you for your order!
Orders are processed, made-to-order and begin shipping 3 weeks after the 14 day drop ends. Your selected shipping method time frame is from the day the order ships not from the day the order is placed. We ship all orders via United States Postal Service. You will receive an order tracking number when your order is shipped. If you need any additional information or help regarding your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. If you have any problems with your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can help you.
Please note that products are often limited and may not be available at the time of your exchange or replacement request. In this case, you will be refunded or offered an alternative resolution.
BHADGoods will not refund you if your order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete, your package was returned to BHADGoods Fulfillment.
